About the Role: We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Specialist (Project Manager) to lead our digital marketing initiatives and strengthen our online presence. This role goes beyond content creation—you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, coordinating with creative teams, and driving measurable business growth across multiple digital channels. Social Media Management: - Create, publish, and manage engaging content across social media platforms. - Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce high-quality content. - Monitor engagement, comments, and messages. - Analyze social media performance and recommend improvements. Project Management: - Act as the central point of coordination for marketing initiatives. - Manage timelines, deliverables, and team workflows using project management tools. - Delegate tasks to internal team members and external contractors. - Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives. - Provide regular project updates and performance reports. Marketing Operations: - Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and launches. - Improve internal documentation and marketing processes. - Streamline workflows for greater efficiency. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support company growth.
