My client is seeking a senior project manager working as part of their Enterprise Change Office (ECO) which is a dedicated team of 140+ initiative delivery and practice experts. They are seeking a transformational leader to drive large, complex business, technology, and organizational change initiatives. This is not a standard practitioner role; it requires a highly strategic professional operating at a Senior Manager or Director-level capacity to lead with an influential point of view across diverse business domains, including Product, Sales and Marketing, Global Business Services, Investment Operations, and IT. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex initiatives with a strong focus on technology-sponsored projects and broad organizational impacts. - Ensure every initiative has clear, measurable outcomes and is optimally set up regarding resources, methodology, and governance. - Successfully navigate a highly complex, matrixed environment, partnering with project teams, business leaders, external parties, and cross-functional stakeholders. - Act as a trusted consultant and resource for business contacts, influencing decision-making and strategy at the Director level and above. - Contribute to the continuous growth and development of the Enterprise Change Office capabilities. Required Skills & Experience: - Proven track record of independently leading complex, enterprise-wide business and technology initiatives. - Background in asset management or broader financial services is highly preferred. - Success in strategic and operational project delivery (e.g., business strategy, process improvement, change management) using flexible delivery models. - Ability to engage, inspire, and drive meaningful results while championing people development. - Highly skilled in authentic, respectful communication with the ability to tailor your style to influence a variety of personalities and dissenting viewpoints. - A flexible mindset that thrives on long-term thinking and working alongside individuals across all organizational levels and functional areas.
