We are seeking an experienced UiPath Developer / System Programmer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Agentic AI solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in UiPath, AI-driven automation, intelligent document processing, and enterprise integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath automation solutions.Build attended, unattended, and scheduled bots for business process automation.Develop scalable workflows using UiPath Studio, Studio Web, and Orchestrator.Create reusable automation components, libraries, and templates.Integrate UiPath solutions with APIs, databases, document management systems, and cloud services.Implement logging, monitoring, exception handling, and enterprise-grade automation standards.Troubleshoot production issues and optimize bot performance.Prepare technical documentation and workflow diagrams.Support digital transformation and citizen service modernization initiatives.Agentic AI ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement Agentic AI solutions using UiPath Autopilot, AI Center, Document Understanding, and Communications Mining.Build AI-powered agents using Large Language Models (LLMs).Develop intelligent workflows with human-in-the-loop approval processes.Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering techniques.Integrate AI services into enterprise automation workflows.Ensure AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.Evaluate emerging AI technologies and establish enterprise automation standards.Required SkillsStrong experience with UiPath Studio, StudioX, Orchestrator, AI Center, Action Center, and Document Understanding.Experience with REFramework and enterprise RPA design patterns.API integration (REST/SOAP) and SQL database experience.OCR technologies and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).Experience with Generative AI, LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, and AI Orchestration.Programming knowledge in C#, VB.NET, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.Understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise security, and authentication.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Important RequirementsRemote position, but candidates must be local to Nashville, TN.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
