Requirements and responsibilities

At #Finesse, we have immediate openings for experienced #Test LeadTechnical CompetenciesSolid understanding of software testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps) and the SDLC.Experience in designing and executing manual test cases for functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM).Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for data validation.Familiarity with test automation concepts and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) is an advantage.Understanding of security testing principles and data privacy regulations.Practical knowledge of the Temenos T24 core banking platform, including mortgage / lending modules, account structures, and accounting entries.Sound understanding of mortgage and retail-lending products and processes, including loan origination / opening, disbursement, settlement, refunds, early / auto closure, and reporting.Working knowledge of Workflow / Business Process Management (BPM) systems and BPMN-based process testing.Awareness of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and their application in software testingAbility to critically evaluate AI‑generated outputs and validate correctness, coverage, and risk.Familiarity with responsible AI principles, including data privacy, security, and model limitations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.ISTQB Foundation Level certification is required; ISTQB Advanced Level (Test Manager / Test Analyst) is strongly preferred.Min of 6–8 years of experience in software testing, including experience leading or coordinating a testing team, across functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.Banking Products and Process Knowledge PreferredExperience in the banking or financial services industry, with hands-on exposure to the Temenos T24 core banking platform (mortgage / lending preferred).Hands-on testing experience with mortgage / lending products and SZHP-type government housing or subsidy schemes is highly desirable.Experience testing BPMN / workflow management systems and system integrations in a core-banking landscape.Demonstrated experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.Experience with API testing and data validation.Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks is an advantage.🔹 Notice Period: Immediate to 1 month preferred📩 Interested candidates, share your resume at: allu@finessedirect.com
