I'm currently hiring for a Senior SAP IS-U FICA Lead to join a large-scale SAP transformation program for a leading Utilities client.What we're looking for18+ years of SAP experienceExtensive experience leading SAP IS-U FICA implementations within the Utilities industryExperience leading full lifecycle SAP IS-U projects and managing cross-functional teamsExperience with SAP FI and IS-U integrations (Billing, Device Management, CRM)This is a leadership-focused role, where you'll own the planning, governance, and successful delivery of the SAP IS-U FICA workstream. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, guide functional teams, and engage with executive stakeholders rather than perform day-to-day configuration.Utility industry experience is mandatory. Candidates with strong SAP IS-U FICA experience in the Electric, Gas, or Water utilities sector will be given priority.
