Responsibilities
● Manage remote teams and crucial data annotation for our Plant-level AI to Insights Engine.
● Develop and document methods such as test cases for app functionalities and new app releases.
● Manage the day-to-day operations of the Data Annotation team in LATAM in tight collaboration
with AdaViv’s Plant Scientists and continuously improve existing annotation guidelines.
● Build training material for testers and annotators and provide this training to new personnel
● Lead discussions and bring new ideas for project requirements and continual improvement by
participating in weekly agile meetings.
● Create and present strategic reports that give precise views of project costs, quality and time
inputs to the management team.
● Collaborate with senior management to maintain market best practices and present new tools to improve efficiency and velocity.
