Requirements

Technical Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Human Resources.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRMs, automations, and email marketing.
- Solid understanding of marketing processes, KPIs, and digital strategy execution.
- Experience leading client meetings and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Desired Requirements:
- Postgraduate studies in Sales or Marketing (preferred).
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HighLevel / Motion App).
- Proven ability to train and coach clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
🛠 CRM Systems Execution
- Core CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, GHL, Salesforce).
- Configure and customize CRM instances aligned to B2B service sales cycles.
- Build and maintain pipelines, deal stages, lead routing, and lifecycle stages.
- Customize modules, properties, fields, and objects based on industry workflows.
- Implement automations, workflows, triggers, and task sequences.
- Manage roles, permissions, data hygiene, and CRM governance.
- Build reports and dashboards for pipeline health, conversions, and attribution.
📧 Email Strategy, Execution & Deliverability
- Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns (nurture, outbound, reactivation).
- Create and manage sequences in Instantly, Apollo, Smartlead, HubSpot, and GHL.
- Apply best practices for deliverability, warming, sender reputation, and domains.
- Collaborate on copy structure, personalization logic, and segmentation.
- Monitor open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, and spam signals.
- Troubleshoot deliverability issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Align email campaigns with CRM pipelines and reporting.
