Overview:
20four7VA is seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) SEO & Google Ads Specialist to support a construction-focused company. The role focuses on launching and maintaining targeted Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads for ADUs, new construction, basement/garage conversions, and new garage builds.
Key Responsibilities:
* Audit and analyze existing Google Ads accounts to identify improvement opportunities.
* Build and optimize Google Ads campaigns tailored to construction services.
* Conduct monthly campaign maintenance, including keyword management, bidding adjustments, and ad optimization.
* Monitor performance data and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Provide basic SEO recommendations as needed to improve local search visibility.
Required Skills:
* Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in construction or home services.
* Strong knowledge of keyword research, ad group structuring, and negative keyword management.
* Ability to run performance audits and implement strategic recommendations.
* Familiarity with SEO fundamentals is a plus.
* Strong analytical and communication skills; detail-oriented and independent.
* Tools: Google Ads, Google Analytics (preferred), Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs (optional).
Work Schedule:
* 20 hours/week.
* Monday–Friday.
* Daily Working Time: TBD PST (aligned with client’s preferred hours as possible).
