About the Role: We are currently hiring for an HR Manager position with Society for Children (SOCH), responsible for managing and strengthening the organization’s HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Drive and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes Oversee employee engagement and performance management initiatives Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable regulations Partner with leadership on HR-related matters and decision-making Maintain efficient HR operations and documentation Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Effective organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Additional Requirements: Sound understanding of HR principles and practices Proficiency in English; knowledge of Odia is preferred Willingness to travel as required High level of integrity and confidentiality Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Note: This position is being managed by our recruitment team.
