Requirements and responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and/or handle inbound calls with a strong focus on closing sales.
- Promote products and services using consultative selling techniques and approved scripts.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions aligned with campaign objectives.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to maximize conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and quality targets.
- Accurately document customer information in CRM or internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and QA standards.
- Actively participate in training sessions, calibrations, and performance feedback meetings.
- Collaborate with supervisors, QA, and trainers to support continuous performance improvement.
- Contribute to a positive, results-oriented work environment.
Education
- High School Diploma required.
- Graduated or studying in communication, marketing, international business, or a related career.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center environments (preferred).
- Experience working under performance metrics (KPIs) is preferred.
