Our brands include:Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique in Bentonville, Fayetteville, and Siloam SpringsThrift Out SpringdaleBold Lives Men's Thrift, launching 2026We are committed to operating with multiple bottom lines, advancing the Kingdom of God, and building a values-focused community through every initiative.Internship OverviewThis internship offers a reciprocal opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience for the student while contributing meaningfully to the mission of PB414 by supporting the tracking, analysis, and optimization of marketing efforts across all channels.This role will play a key part in helping the Marketing team make data-informed decisions by analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and maintaining organized reporting systems.This experience is ideal for someone who:Is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related fieldHas strong analytical and critical thinking skillsIs highly detail-oriented and enjoys working with data and spreadsheetsHas experience with or willingness to learn Google Sheets (formulas, organization, basic data analysis)Has a passion for marketing, strategy, and understanding consumer behaviorHas strong verbal and written communication skillsCan take initiative and work both independently and collaborativelyHas access to their own laptop for assignmentsLocationLocation: Mostly remote, with the ability to meet at a coffee shop once a week.Schedule and Time Commitment10 hours/weekFlexible scheduleStart date: TBD on acceptance of offerWe are currently accepting applications for both Summer and Fall internship terms. Please indicate your preferred session in your application.Reports to: Marketing DirectorKey ResponsibilitiesTrack and analyze performance across marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and SMS campaignsBuild and maintain a centralized marketing analytics dashboard in Google Sheets to document campaign performance over timeCollect and interpret data from in-store people counters to evaluate foot traffic in relation to marketing effortsIdentify trends, patterns, and insights to help determine what strategies are effective and where improvements can be madeSupport the Marketing Director in evaluating campaign success and making data-informed recommendations for future initiativesEnsure accuracy and consistency in data entry, reporting, and documentationAssist in creating clear, digestible reports and summaries for internal team useContinuously improve tracking systems and processes for better efficiency and clarityWhat You’ll GainHands-on experience analyzing real marketing campaigns and contributing to strategic decision-makingMentorship and collaboration with the Marketing Director, gaining insight into marketing strategy, campaign evaluation, and performance optimizationPractical skills in marketing analytics, data organization, and reporting systemsExperience building and managing a comprehensive analytics dashboard used for real business decisionsExposure to multi-channel marketing, including social, email, SMS, and in-store traffic analysisOpportunities to take ownership of systems and processes in a supportive, mentoring environmentPractice critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExplore spiritual formation and personal development through provided e-courses, including Theology of Work and Metron ManagerPractice professional communication across departments and teamsExposure to an EOS-run workplace (Entrepreneurial Operating System)Experience working in a values-driven, redemptive organization focused on mission, impact, and sustainabilityReceive all benefits of PB414 volunteers, including shopping perks and in-store credit
