Requirements and responsibilities

Lead Generation Execution: Break campaign goals into structured execution plans; define lead targets, daily KPIs, and conversion expectations; coordinate media buyers, landing page teams, CRM operators, and call center teams; track daily performance metrics (CPL, conversion rate, booked appointments, revenue impact); identify bottlenecks and resolve blockers; ensure smooth campaign launches and scaling; maintain campaign dashboards. Virtual Assistant Management: oversee VAs for data scraping, lead validation, CRM updates, appointment setting, follow-ups, reporting; set targets and monitor productivity & quality; maintain SOPs and accountability; manage onboarding & continuity. CRM & Pipeline Oversight: manage CRM systems and lead routing; ensure pipeline visibility and accuracy; monitor automation workflows, response time & booking rates; reduce lead leakage and data loss. Performance & Reporting: maintain daily/weekly reports and dashboards; track KPIs and identify performance gaps; propose improvements. Process Optimization & Scaling: create SOPs for workflows and reporting; improve efficiency; support scaling and stability during high-volume spikes.
