Job Role The Student Recruitment & Admissions Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Eton College Canada’s enrollment growth by coordinating recruitment initiatives, managing admissions processes, and providing prospective students with exceptional service and guidance. The role combines outreach, administrative precision, and student relationship management to ensure a seamless applicant experience from inquiry to enrollment. Key Responsibilities Student Recruitment * Support and implement student recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets for domestic and international markets. * Represent Eton College at education fairs, school visits, virtual info sessions, and community events. * Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners, agents, and key stakeholders. * Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and agents. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment materials and digital content that align with brand and compliance standards. Admissions Coordination * Manage end-to-end admissions processes, including application review, document verification, and communication of admission decisions. * Ensure all admissions files meet institutional, PTIRU, and IRCC compliance standards. * Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM and student information system. * Coordinate with Academic and Student Services teams for student onboarding and orientation activities. * Prepare and submit admissions reports and analytics to support enrollment planning. Customer Service & Communication * Provide personalized guidance to applicants throughout the admissions process. * Ensure a positive, student-centered experience that reflects Eton College’s values and service standards. * Support inquiries related to program information, tuition, financial policies, and application status. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Minimum 2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or customer service (postsecondary or private career college setting preferred). * Experience working with international students and education agents is an asset. Skills and Competencies * Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). * Culturally sensitive and service-oriented approach.
