You will handle technical marketing tasks such as configuring pixels with Google Tag Manager, analyzing heatmaps, and running continuous A/B tests and creative experiments to optimize campaign performance. Job Overview You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition across paid media channels. Own end-to-end strategy for platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and Bing, including campaign creation, funnel optimization, and performance analysis. With a high 7-figure annual revenue and a remote team of 250+ professionals, we are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to scale customer acquisition, focusing on FilipinoVisa. The company culture values urgency, continuous improvement, open communication, and initiative. Core Responsibilities * Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute paid media strategies across all platforms, focusing on ROI and CAC. Prepare and present monthly media buying plans and advertising budgets. * Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end paid campaigns, including setup, targeting, and daily monitoring. Conduct continuous A/B testing and create high-converting ad copy. * Technical Management: Handle pixel configuration, event tracking via Google Tag Manager, UTM implementation, and conversion APIs. * Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare weekly performance forecasts and detailed monthly reports on key metrics (ROAS, ROI, CAC). Perform full-funnel analysis to identify and act on optimization opportunities. Bonus Points * Experience in fast-paced digital marketing agencies. * Direct experience marketing to audiences in the US and the Philippines. * Familiarity with the visa or immigration industry.
