About the RoleAttentive is seeking a Senior Counsel, Corporate, to join Attentive’s established legal team. You should have superb legal experience and pragmatic business judgment. You will work closely with our executive, finance and marketing teams.What You'll AccomplishLead all areas related to the company’s securities laws matters and related compliance, including IPO readiness, investor relations, proxy management, and SEC reporting and disclosures as neededDesign and implement the policies, procedures and controls required for corporate legal compliance, including corporate governance programsSupport corporate secretary function – draft corporate governance materials, including resolutions, minutes, and other materials for meetings of the board and its committeesOversee the company’s equity planSupport the execution of M&A and fundraising transactionsCorporate entity creation and management, including for international expansionWork with outside counsel on any corporate matters.Your ExpertiseJuris Doctor degree and qualified to practice law in-house.
