Requirements and responsibilities

Client implemented Oracle ERP in 2018 and is currently migrating Oracle ERP Fusion from a Cloud at Customer environment to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This project focuses on financial modules and aims to go live in January. We are seeking a Functional Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Financials and experience with OCI and OIC integrations to join a small, agile team. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the Functional SME for Oracle ERP Financial modules, primarily Financials; AP experience is helpful but not critical. * Lead day-to-day functional activities and collaborate closely with the Product Owner. * Support migration from Cloud at Customer to OCI, ensuring smooth integration and process optimization. * Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and manage SFTP integrations to streamline file processing and reduce bottlenecks. * Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, including report discrepancies, and provide actionable insights. * Take ownership of functional processes and ensure alignment with business requirements. Must-Have Skills * Strong functional expertise in Oracle ERP Financials. * Strong experience with OCI. * Familiarity with OIC and integration processes. * Understanding of how integrations work and ability to ensure they run smoothly. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to explain business impacts of technical issues. Nice-to-Have Skills * Technical skills for report development and troubleshooting. * Experience with AP module. * Ability to optimize processes and reduce cycle times.
