Requirements and responsibilities


Key Responsibilities. Sales & Business Development. * Lead generation within the Hispanic and U.S. based business community. * Support and execute sales outreach strategies across multiple platforms. * Step in to close sales calls when sales representatives face challenges securing a client. * Assist with additional sales support as needed to maintain a high-performing sales team. Team Support & Communication. * Translate sales scripts and materials for Spanish-speaking sales representatives. * Monitor Spanish sales representatives’ calls and provide constructive feedback and coaching. Marketing & Content. * Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn page and all social media platforms. * Support content creation for organic and paid campaigns. * Execute and manage email marketing campaigns, especially for Hispanic audiences. * Assist with Spanish-language marketing campaigns and messaging alignment. Required Skills & Qualifications. * Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written). * Experience in sales, marketing, or business development. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable leading meetings, interpreting, and working with cross-functional teams. * Experience with social media management, especially LinkedIn. * Ability to multitask, self-manage, and work independently in a remote environment. * Sales-oriented mindset with the confidence to close deals. Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills). * Experience working with Hispanic or international markets. * Knowledge of CRM tools, email marketing platforms, or lead generation software. * Background in content creation, copywriting, or digital advertising.
