This is mandatory for the workflow. ✅ Job requirements 🚀 Hacker mindset. 🚀 Goal driven. 🚀 Expert knowledge of growth tools: A/B testing tools (Optimizely, Google Optimize), Website Analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics), SEO optimization tools (SEMRush, Moz, Google Search Console). 🚀 Experience with React 🚀 Comfortable with analytics and A/B testing principles 🚀 Ability to optimize our SEO presence 🚀 Good understanding of html, robots 🚀 Skilled at UIX design choices 🚀 Availability for sync meetings during the morning Pacific Time (6am-10am) 🚀 Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team ✅ Job responsibilities 🚀 Quickly generate landing pages, templates, microsites etc 🚀 Implement A/B tests that improve our conversion 🚀 Optimize our SEO presence using best practices 🚀 Covering source code by unit and functional tests 🚀 Sharing and documenting technical knowledge ✅ Bootcamp 🚀Before starting as a full-time employee, you will have a training/trial period: A World-class Sales Training of 5 weeks including 1-1 sessions, constant mentoring, teamwork, practical use and understanding of our technical tools, and live exercises to develop abilities. 🚀 You are going to be able to do a full immersion in the day-to-day job, enjoy our amazing company culture, make great friends, and learn a lot! 🚀 We are completely convinced that this period gives you the opportunity to decide if the job and the company are your perfect match, and it also helps us to know you better.
