🏠 Requirements: ✯ Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field. ✯ At least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry. ✯ Knowledge of Toronto real estate board and brokerage rules and regulations. ✯ Understanding of province and national landlord-tenant laws and regulations in Toronto. ✯ Strong attention to detail and time management skills. ✯ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ✯ Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. 🏠 Responsibilities: ✯ Handle all the executive and administrative needs, including but not limited to: → Manage real estate documentation related to the purchase, sale, and/or lease of residential properties. → Coordinate the process of preparing a property for sale, including coordinating photo sessions and cleaning. → Follow up with all those involved in the process of a real estate transaction. → Manage 3 residential buildings, overseeing the process of preparing properties for new tenants. → Screen potential new tenants, draft, sign, and renew leases on behalf of property owners, arrange for repairs and maintenance, set up and adhere to budgets for property maintenance, follow up with tenants. → Handle overall bookkeeping and accounting for a personal real estate corporation and a property management company. → Record and maintain the company's monthly financial transactions, track and manage data, generate invoices, and follow up with payments when needed. → Follow up with current leads and past clients. → Coordinate meetings. → Be an active part of digital marketing content creation. → Manage additional day-to-day requirements.
