Tasca Studios is a fast-growing American video production and content marketing agency. We work with startups and Fortune 500 brands, and partner with content creators on YouTube to tell stories, grow audiences, and amplify reach through high-quality video and strategic digital marketing. We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to support the team’s day-to-day operations. This part-time role covers administrative workflows, project coordination, video quality control, and content operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a systems thinker, and leverages AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to continuously optimize workflows. Strong communication skills and the ability to anticipate challenges are required. Compensation * Part-time, flexible hours. * $5/hr USD, paid bi-weekly via PayPal (15th & 30th). Required Skills & Experience * 1–2 years in administrative or virtual assistant roles. * Proficiency in Google Workspace, Trello, and Slack (Monday.com is a plus). * Strong written and verbal English with clear, professional communication. * Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.). * Experience in video production or supporting content creators (YouTube/social media) is a plus. * Reliable internet connection and ability to overlap with U.S. business hours when required. Key Responsibilities * Client onboarding & file organization: set up agreement forms, track invoices, maintain production documents, manage expense logs, and create Trello/Slack boards. * Project management & team communications: update task boards (Trello/Monday), coordinate with team members, track progress, and send daily updates. * Calendar management: schedule meetings, coordinate travel and accommodations. * Pre-production support: assist with shot lists, call sheets, and production documents. * Quality control: review video deliverables, log revisions, and track fixes. * Content operations: write captions, optimize posts, and schedule content (including YouTube workflows). * General research: conduct light research and ad-hoc admin tasks as needed. * AI optimization: use AI tools to save time, streamline tasks, and create efficient systems. * Clockify: record all tasks for task management.
