Red Cell Partners is offering a highly competitive Operations Internship program for undergraduate students, post-graduate students, or recent graduates with an interest in business strategy, technology development, and solving complex business problems. The internship provides real-world experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is designed to be mutually beneficial to Red Cell Partners and the intern team. The internship offers a compensation of $18/hour and requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week. As an Operations Intern, you will assist with a variety of responsibilities across the Red Cell Platform and its incubation companies, including the creation of high-quality deliverables, implementation and administrative efforts, development of working relationships with team members, and coordination of events and logistics. This internship provides an opportunity to learn about the business structure of a rapidly scaling incubation business and the organizational structures of its incubation companies. Responsibilities: - Aid in the creation of high-quality deliverables under the direction of your team lead. - Take ownership of a variety of delegated tasks, including both implementation and administrative efforts. - Develop exceptional working relationships with platform and incubation team members. - Participate in the development and delivery of new operating processes for the company, which may include project work and assistance in the facilitation of new and/or existing processes. - Help with coordination of events, logistics, and materials for team engagements and meetings. - Learn about the business structure of a rapidly scaling incubation business, in addition to the organizational structures of its incubation companies.
