4Ever Young is seeking a KPI-driven Center Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our corporate-owned Centers. This is not a franchise location—you will work directly with our corporate leadership team, gain cross-departmental exposure, and have a clear path for growth based on performance.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with multi-unit potential who wants to step into a high-visibility role and make a direct impact.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage daily operations of a high-volume wellness and aesthetics center generating over $2M in annual revenue.
* Lead, coach, and develop front desk and provider teams to ensure exceptional service and high performance.
* Oversee staffing, scheduling, and execution, reporting directly to a Regional Manager while managing KPIs such as rebooking rate, membership conversion, average ticket, and provider utilization.
* Collaborate with the corporate team on business performance, training, and improvement plans.
* Drive revenue growth and cost control initiatives, demonstrating ownership and accountability.

Requirements:
* Proven experience managing a wellness, spa, fitness, or membership-based retail location.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss team performance, KPIs, and business drivers fluently.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead diverse teams toward ambitious goals.
* Familiarity with tools such as EMRs, CRMs, KPI dashboards, and scheduling systems.
* Must be local to South Florida; no relocation assistance available.

* Experience improving underperforming teams or locations.
* Exposure to aesthetics, injectables, or wellness modalities (not required).
* Demonstrated history of career growth through performance.
