The ideal candidate will develop market entry strategy, recruit high-quality physicians, and ensure network adequacy. Responsibilities: - Develop market entry strategy and repeatable, scalable process for physician recruitment - Manage all phases of practice recruitment and contracting - Maintain provider data through CRM system - Develop a comprehensive provider network to meet market and payer needs - Provide strategic input on contracting needs and network adequacy - Work cross-functionally to remove barriers and facilitate problem resolution - Ensure accurate provider database documentation and maintenance - Travel as required
