NISC is seeking a passionate and experienced Manual Quality Assurance Tester to join our talented teams. The successful candidate will be dedicated to ensuring quality and functionality requirements are met, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Provide problem resolution for customer issues. - Perform testing tasks to assure that developed products meet design specifications and quality standards. - Communicate with developers and software engineers on product issues. - Gather and interpret source materials such as design and test specifications. - Research, test, and report results of testing scenarios. - Review Change Requests (CRs) in Jira and follow up to resolution. - Test system documentation and suggest edits/enhancements. - Write release notes and new system enhancement documentation. - Utilize support tools and enter appropriate information into iVUE Support. - Develop and deliver training to coworkers or customers as assigned. - Participate on design teams regarding product enhancements. - Perform other duties as assigned.
