Benson Law APC (www.BensonLawAPC.com) is a modern, AI-focused personal injury law firm based in San Diego, California. We help people in real need — clients recovering from serious injuries — and we’re building systems and technology that make that process more efficient, personal, and impactful. We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Marketing & Automation Assistant to help manage our marketing systems, CRM, and content workflows. This is a fully remote, long-term opportunity for someone who loves technology, automation, and creative problem-solving. ⸻ 💼 Role Overview You will be responsible for organizing and automating our marketing systems — including CRM management, email campaigns, social media scheduling, and reporting — using tools like Airtable, Make (Integromat), and Google Workspace. You’ll also support content creation and track the performance of our marketing efforts. ⸻ 🧠 Responsibilities • Build and maintain Airtable CRM (referrals, clients, and campaigns). • Set up and manage marketing automations using Make.com or Zapier. • Assist in scheduling and publishing social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube). • Help coordinate newsletters, outreach campaigns, and contact updates. • Track marketing analytics and prepare simple reports. • Communicate progress clearly and proactively via Slack or email. ⸻ ⚙️ Requirements • Strong written and spoken English. • Experience with Airtable, Google Workspace, and automation tools (Make/Zapier). • Familiarity with social media and email marketing platforms. • Organized, independent, and reliable — able to deliver on deadlines with minimal supervision. • Comfort working in Pacific Time Zone hours (or overlap at least 3–4 hours/day). ⸻ 🌎 Preferred (Nice to Have) • Experience with content management, Canva, or design tools. • Legal, professional services, or marketing agency experience. • Interest in AI tools (ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, etc.).
