We'll take care of all your transportation, including airplane tickets to and from the United States. Your accommodation throughout your stay is on us, along with a daily allowance of $15. This unique fusion of career advancement and life experience in the United States is an opportunity of a lifetime. 👩‍💻 As part of our 4-6 month program, you'll deep dive into the dynamic tech environment of Kiwibot, experiencing the exhilarating startup spirit firsthand. As a junior maintenance engineer, your action-packed days will include: ⚪️ Responsibilities 🔹 Ensure the robot fleet is in top shape at all times. 🔹 Document all robot interventions. 🔹 Implement remote robot interventions as required. 🔹 Keep the Inventory updated (tools, spare parts, or any other assets). 🔹 Keep in constant communication with your direct supervisor about the status of the fleet. You'll also have some Logistic, Marketing & Growth, Operational, and Coexistence Responsibilities. 💼 Your journey will unfold through several enriching stages: 🔹 Introduction to Kiwibot and training (1-3 weeks). 🔹 On-field intensive training (15-20 weeks). 🔹 Internal support (5-8 weeks). 🔹 Experience debriefing (1-2 weeks). 🔹 Time off (according to Colombian labor law). Remember, the duration of each phase may shift during the program. The intensive training primarily takes place in the US, so you'll need a US Visa.
