We are seeking a senior, process-and-technology fluent consultant to lead the strategic design and engineering of enterprise-scale labor forecasting methodologies, bridging supply chain capacity constraints with advanced predictive staffing models.Core Requirements10+ years of professional consulting or industry experience driving labor management strategies, workforce capacity planning, and operational process design.Deep technical and functional implementation familiarity with enterprise workforce solutions (Manhattan Labor Management preferred, Blue Yonder/JDA LM, Reflexis, UKG, or Kronos).Deep foundational expertise implementing Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) and establishing workforce productivity metrics.Proven capability building out dynamic predictive algorithms and capacity planning matrices against historical volumes and seasonal spikes.Direct domain background operating within complex physical distribution centers (DCs) and logistics networks.Experience authoring corporate labor budgeting policies and enforcing data-driven labor planning governance.Strong communication skills needed to influence operational directors, VPs, and cross-functional technology leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct deep-dive operational diagnostic assessments on legacy labor planning and workforce utilization matrices.Design and deploy scalable, dynamic labor forecasting models capable of marrying variable customer service limits with distribution floor restrictions.Formulate comprehensive demand-to-capacity planning frameworks to balance staffing costs against facility throughput requirements.Construct detailed resource staffing recommendations and labor budgeting blueprints to align operational run rates with P&L targets.
