We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to take full ownership of our EdTech platform — a large-scale LMS used by thousands of students, teachers, and teams.This is not a task-executor role. We need someone who can:Understand the entire system — backend, database, APIs, and business logicIdentify root causes of technical debt, data issues, and architectural gapsMake independent architectural decisions and build a structured improvement planLead and guide backend, mobile, DB, and QA teamsImprove code review, testing, and deployment processesFix data inconsistencies affecting reports, dashboards, and KPIsWhat you bring:4–5+ years of software development experiencePrior experience as Tech Lead / Engineering Manager / Head of EngineeringStrong backend + relational database expertise (design, integrity, complex queries)System-thinking mindset — you see how modules affect one anotherBonus: Laravel, PHP, MySQL, EdTech/LMS experience
