We’re hiring a senior AI Engineer to join Automatiq’s Platform & Intelligence group within our Shared Services team.This person will help build the shared intelligence layer behind our products and operations—not just isolated AI features. The work includes production LLM workflows, RAG augmented query agents over event and pricing data, agentic services that take real action, and the evaluation, observability, and governance needed to run those systems reliably.It could be a great fit if you:Are strongest in Python and FastAPI, with TypeScript/Node.js experienceHave built production LLM, RAG, or agentic systems (PydanticAI, Langchain, or you rolled your own??)Care deeply about evaluation, reliability, latency, and cost—not just demosEnjoy owning ambiguous problems from architecture through productionCan work directly with product and operations teams to deliver practical business impactHave experience with technologies such as AWS, PostgreSQL, pgvector, OpenSearch, Docker, Kubernetes, MCP, or BedrockAutomatiq is the technology backbone for much of the North American secondary ticketing market.
