WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR EMAIL & SMS MARKETING SPECIALISTWe’re looking for a senior, hands-on Email & SMS Marketing Specialist who can own the entire customer lifecycle—from capture and nurture to conversion, retention, and win-back.This is not just an email scheduling role. We need someone who can build the strategy, write the copy, create and optimize automations, analyze performance, and take ownership of revenue results with minimal guidance.YOU SHOULD HAVE:4+ years of DTC eCommerce Email & SMS experienceAdvanced Klaviyo + GoHighLevel + Shopify experienceStrong direct-response copywriting — you can write your own emails, SMS & landing pagesExperience building and optimizing flows, campaigns & automationsStrong knowledge of segmentation, testing & deliverabilityExperience with list growth, capture strategies & retentionUnderstanding of StoryBrandWorking knowledge of U.S. & EU email/SMS complianceAbility to work independently and own results⭐ Bonus: Experience with subscription-based DTC brands, supplements/wellness, Triple Whale, or visitor identification tools.⚠️ Experienced applicants only.
