About the Role: EZ MD Solutions is a US-based healthcare services company providing Virtual Medical Assistant, Medical Scribing, and Revenue Cycle Management services to physician practices across the United States. We are looking for a talented bilingual professional to join our team as a Virtual Medical Assistant, supporting a US-based medical practice with appointment setting, scheduling, and patient coordination. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients - Schedule and manage medical appointments - Work with eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR system - Coordinate with the authorization department - Verify insurance information - Manage patient records and documentation - Provide general administrative support - Communicate with Spanish-speaking patients Requirements: - Bilingual English & Spanish (C1 or above) - Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR — MANDATORY - Minimum 1 year medical appointment setting or scheduling experience - Experience working with US-based physician practices - HIPAA compliant and professional workspace - Reliable laptop, headset and stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) - Available to work US business hours (PST/EST timezone) What We Offer: - 100% remote opportunity - Long-term stable position - Competitive compensation - Supportive and professional team environment
