Requirements and responsibilities


• Attend sales onboarding sessions to become well versed in our industry, products, and messaging • Gain an understanding of our sales and marketing funnel and how our vertical marketing program fits in • Become an expert on the Contact Center industry, its players, and the buyers • Work closely with our Vertical Marketing Manager for UCaaS to get up to speed on the UCaaS vertical campaigns we have run to date • Develop a robust vertical marketing strategy for Dialpad Contact Center to drive pipeline and establish Dialpad as a leader in the space • Work closely with product marketing to identify verticals to target based on analysis of our current customer base, prospects, and the market • Build a repeatable playbook for all future CCaaS vertical marketing campaigns • Meet with members of the cross-functional teams you will need to collaborate with to execute your vertical marketing campaigns • Select your first vertical to target and gain a deep understanding of the vertical and its buyers • Define measurable goals for your vertical campaign and create a marketing plan to achieve them • Collaborate with product marketing to identify Dialpad’s ICP, persona(s), and messaging for the vertical • Partner with the content and creative teams to develop content that resonates with its buyers • Identify paid opportunities with industry publications to expand the reach of the campaign • Act as a project manager and hold internal stakeholders accountable for deliverables • Empower sales teams with the resources and training they need to confidently prospect into each new vertical • Launch a robust vertical marketing campaign, closely track the results, and make any necessary optimizations • Measure and report on the success of your campaign, including but not limited to pipeline generation and brand awareness, to marketing and sales leadership • Make recommendations for improvements to drive increased performance • Roll out a calendar of planned vertical marketing programs for the remainder of the year • Select next CCaaS vertical to target and begin preparations for the campaign launch
