Our platform spans real-time moderation, sentiment and behavior analysis, and operational tooling used by leading studios and platforms.We operate complex, cross-functional systems across engineering, data science, product, and operations, often in environments where delivery timing, quality, and coordination matter as much as technical correctness.The RoleWe’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to own delivery coordination across engineering, data science, product, and operations.This role is execution- and organization-first. You will be responsible for planning, tracking, and driving cross-team work forward, ensuring dependencies are clear, risks are surfaced early, and releases land predictably.You will report directly to the Director / Head of Engineering and work closely with:Engineering teams in the US and IndiaProduct ManagementData ScienceDevOpsSolutions and Customer Success for major deliveriesSome familiarity with software development and data systems is important to understand tradeoffs and priorities, but this is not a coding role.ResponsibilitiesCore Ownership (Primary Owner)Delivery & PlanningOwn sprint planning and delivery tracking across engineering and data science teamsLead cross-team delivery planning and coordinationMaintain integrated project plans across product, engineering, data science, and DevOpsDependencies, Risk & ScopeTrack cross-team dependencies and delivery risksSurface issues early and drive resolutionManage scope changes and timeline negotiations in partnership with Product and EngineeringProvide clear delivery status and risk reporting to leadershipReleases & Major DeliverablesOwn release timelines, coordination, and launch readinessCoordinate QA, rollout, and rollback planningDrive major customer delivery coordination for large or enterprise (AAA) customersSupport & Enablement (Supporting Function)Product Execution SupportSupport Product in cross-product dependency managementHelp ensure PRDs, acceptance criteria, and scope are reflected accurately in delivery plansCoordinate feature readiness for GTM with Product, Marketing, Solutions, and CSEngineering & Data Science SupportPartner with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to translate plans into executable timelinesHelp coordinate work across Backend, frontend, API/SDK developmentData pipelines, model iteration, and monitoringSupport incident follow-ups, retrospectives, and delivery learningsCustomer & Go-To-Market SupportCoordinate delivery timelines tied to customer commitmentsSupport Solutions and Customer Success during complex rolloutsEnsure customer-facing teams have clarity on delivery expectationsWhat Success Looks LikeTeams have clear priorities, timelines, and ownershipDependencies and risks are visible early, not discovered lateReleases ship predictably with fewer last-minute surprisesEngineering and Product spend less time coordinating and more time executingLeadership has confidence in delivery forecastsQualificationsRequired5+ years in technical project management, program management, or delivery roleExperience coordinating cross-functional technical teamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfort working across time zones and distributed teamsClear written and verbal communication skills
