Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities: - Own and deliver US enterprise revenue targets (quarterly and annual). - Build and manage a strong pipeline of K-12 districts, higher education institutions, and corporate L&D clients across the US. - Prospect, qualify, and close large B2B deals with superintendents, district administrators, deans, CIOs, and HR leaders. - Lead full-cycle enterprise sales from outreach to contract execution. - Navigate long procurement cycles, RFPs, and compliance requirements common in US institutions. - Conduct high-impact virtual and in-person product demos tailored to institutional needs. - Position AI-driven learning programs and digital curriculum solutions as ROI-focused outcomes. - Structure multi-year contracts and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and implementation scope. - Collaborate with marketing for demand generation campaigns targeting US institutions. - Work closely with product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption. - Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline. - Track key metrics such as pipeline coverage, deal velocity, average contract value, and retention. - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing enterprise accounts. - Monitor competitors and emerging EdTech trends in the US market. - Travel as required for conferences, district meetings, and strategic partnerships.
