Requirements and responsibilities


What You Will Do: - Manage high-value portfolios by serving as the dedicated strategist for our Tier 3 clients (accounts spending $1,000+/month). - Consultative Upselling: Move beyond simple check-ins. You will analyze AI-driven performance data and your client's business goals to pitch and close additional marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, Social). - Advanced Discovery: Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand a client's operational bottlenecks and revenue goals. You need to be able to talk to a concrete reinforcement contractor about their bid volume, not just their click-through rate. - Retention & ROI Analysis: Proactively communicate marketing results (ROI) to ensure clients understand the value they are receiving, preventing churn before it happens. - CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM (Bitrix24) and utilize internal dialer tools (Vici) to manage your workflow efficiently. Who You Are: - A Business Development Pro: You have a background in Sales or BizDev. You know how to ask inquisitive, second-level questions that uncover pain points a client didn't know they had. - Industry Fluent: You have experience working with or selling to the Home Services, Construction, or Contracting industries. You are comfortable speaking with blue-collar business owners. - Marketing Savvy: You understand the mechanics of Google Ads, SEO, and Meta Ads well enough to explain them simply and persuasively. - Articulate & Empathetic: Your English communication skills (verbal and written) are native/bilingual level. You can build rapport instantly and de-escalate concerns with confidence. Qualifications: - Experience: 3+ years in Digital Marketing Account Management, Business Development, or Inside Sales. - Knowledge: Strong understanding of SMB economics (margins, lead costs, close rates). - Tech Stack: Proficiency with CRMs (Bitrix24, Salesforce, or similar) and dialer systems. - Location: Home Office role with a quiet, dedicated home office and high-speed internet., and availability to work in Pacific Time 7 am - 4 pm. **This position includes perfomance bonus related to productivity**
