Regional Market Leadership Lead the expansion of INIU’s consumer electronics retail business in the Germany / Italy market. Develop and execute offline retail channel strategies to drive: market penetration revenue growth brand presence Be responsible for the overall regional sales performance and P&L. 2. Consumer Electronics Retail Channel Development Develop partnerships with major consumer electronics retailers and distributors, including but not limited to: MediaMarktSaturn Euronics Expert Unieuro Carrefour Electronics Drive sell-in negotiations, product listings, and annual commercial agreements. 3. Retail Sales & Channel Management Build and manage relationships with key retail buyers and distributors. Responsibilities include: annual negotiations retail promotions in-store marketing programs channel incentive programs product assortment planning Ensure strong sell-out performance in retail stores. 4. Market & Industry Insight Develop deep insights into the consumer electronics accessories market, especially: mobile charging power banks charging cables smartphone accessories wearable accessories smart device accessories Identify market opportunities and competitor strategies to strengthen INIU’s market positioning. 5. Brand & Retail Marketing Strategy Collaborate with HQ and regional marketing teams to drive: in-store brand visibility retail marketing campaigns promotional activities PR and product launch activities Increase brand awareness and retail conversion. 6. Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with: supply chain after-sales operations product teams to ensure efficient product delivery and service support for local retail channels. Your Profile Mandatory Industry Experience Minimum 7+ years of sales experience in the Consumer Electronics industry, particularly in: mobile accessories smartphones wearables audio devices smart devices IoT products Candidates from non-consumer electronics industries (FMCG, automotive, industrial equipment, etc.) will not be considered. Experience managing national distributors or retail buying groups is highly preferred. Preferred Company Background Candidates from the following consumer electronics brands are strongly preferred: Mobile / Smart Device Brands Huawei Samsung Oppo Vivo Anker Belkin Sony JBL Logitech Baseus UGREEN Trust Electronics Cellularline SBS Mobile Skills Strong capabilities in: retail channel strategy key account negotiation market expansion sales planning retail marketing execution Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
