Overview We are a fast-growing real estate investment company acquiring off-market properties directly from homeowners. We are hiring a high-performance Acquisition Specialist to speak with motivated sellers, build trust quickly, negotiate strong win-win agreements, and secure signed contracts. This is a KPI-driven, performance-based sales role for someone who thrives on the phone, handles rejection professionally, and wants unlimited income upside. What You’ll Be Responsible For - Make 60+ outbound dials per day - Achieve 3+ hours of talk time daily - Deliver 3+ written offers per day - Secure 1+ signed contracts per day (target) - Speak with inbound and outbound motivated sellers - Analyze property details and run preliminary deal numbers (ARV, repairs, MAO) - Negotiate purchase agreements confidently - Handle objections and push for clear decisions - Maintain clean CRM notes and follow-ups - Coordinate with Dispositions and Operations to move contracts to closing Daily Performance Standards You will be measured on: - Dials - Talk time - Offers sent - Contracts signed - Revenue generated This is a high-activity, high-accountability environment. Ideal Candidate You are: - Fully bilingual (Spanish & English) - Fluent with a neutral / American-accent English delivery - Experienced in phone-based sales (car sales, solar, real estate, D2D, etc.) - Extremely comfortable closing over the phone - High energy and resilient to rejection - Comfortable working evenings and weekends (U.S. time zones) - Able to work 45 hours per week consistently - Coachable but competitive - Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools - Independent and self-motivated What This Role Is NOT This is NOT: - A customer service job - A passive relationship-only sales role - A low-pressure environment - A guaranteed-income position This is a performance-driven acquisition seat.
