TechTorch’s Commercial Excellence practices help transform lead to cash processes and system.About the Role:As a Salesforce Developer at TechTorch, you will play a key technical role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform. You’ll work closely with business and engineering teams to translate requirements into secure, efficient, and maintainable code — while also driving system integrations and automation.This is a hands-on development role with direct influence on architecture, solution design, and customer outcomes. You’ll be part of a high-performing team that values clean code, thoughtful system design, and meaningful collaboration.What you'll do:Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions to support core business processes and client use casesBuild and configure custom fields, objects, Lightning components, validation rules, workflows, and process automationDevelop and maintain Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL-based logicIntegrate Salesforce with third-party platforms and APIs using REST and SOAPContribute to system design discussions, architecture reviews, and scalability planningCreate technical documentation for configuration, code, and integrationSupport user enablement with training materials and hands-on guidanceTroubleshoot, test, and deploy improvements aligned with agile delivery practicesWho you are:5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environmentsStrong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce FlowsExperience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platformsDeep understanding of Salesforce security, configuration, and performance best practicesSalesforce Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II (preferred)Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong sense of code ownershipProven ability to collaborate across teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholdersFamiliarity with agile development methodologies (preferred)Systemic thinker who can balance short-term delivery with long-term scalabilityOur ValuesClient First: We focus relentlessly on delivering outcomes that create value for our clients.We, Not Me: We win together.
