Requirements and responsibilities


Job Description: - A Sales Agent is typically responsible for contacting prospective customers via phone call, text, or email. - Successfully convert both warm and cold leads into a sale. - Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects. - Convince prospect customers to use existing vouchers. - Create a long-lasting relationship with clients. - Contribute to improving the current workflow by creating and/or modifying existing call flows and scripts to improve conversion rates. Minimum Requirements: - Good to excellent English both in verbal and written communication skills. - Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail. - Excellent phone etiquette. - A professional and courteous disposition. - Persuasive and results-oriented. Others: - Willingness to work 5 days x 9 hours per week (45 hours work-week). - 1 hour unpaid lunch per workday. - 30 minutes paid break per workday. - Willingness to work during day, mid or graveyard shift, Holidays and rotating rest days. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
