As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Junior Recruitment Sourcer to join our team remotely.This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to develop into a 360° recruiter under the direct mentorship of an expert recruitment consultant. You will gain hands-on training in recruitment, HR, candidate sourcing, ATS management, and executive career coaching.Role OverviewInitially, you will focus on sourcing candidates, posting jobs, and managing our ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Over time, you will develop skills in CV editing, executive career coaching, interview coordination, and full-cycle recruitment.ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will be split into two categories:1. Recruitment Services (For Employers & Clients)Sourcing & Screening: Identify and shortlist candidates for job openings.Job Posting: Post jobs on job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS.ATS Management: Update candidate profiles and track recruitment progress.Candidate Engagement: Conduct pre-screening interviews, send assessments, and coordinate final interviews.Profile Optimization: Improve candidates CVs and job board profiles.Recruitment Process Support: Assist in end-to-end recruitment as you gain experience.2.
