We're looking for an AI & Software Engineer Tech Lead who wants to be the core technical reference of our development team. Someone hands-on by choice, strong in AI, backend, and frontend development, and comfortable owning architecture decisions across real client projects. This is not a role for someone who just delegates — we need someone who builds, unblocks, and leads from the front. What you'll find: real technical ownership, direct impact on AI-powered solutions, and a small team where your decisions actually shape what gets built.
