We are hiring for a remote healthcare support role for a Rheumatology Group. This is a high phone-volume role focused on patient calls, scheduling, voicemail management, message routing, and accurate documentation. Role Details: Practice: Rheumatology Group Setup: Remote Hours: Full-Time | 40 hours/week Rate: $6/hour Schedule: Central Time Clinic Hours Key Responsibilities: ✔ Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally ✔ Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments ✔ Review and return voicemails ✔ Route patient concerns to the right clinical staff ✔ Send telephone encounters when needed ✔ Document calls and messages accurately Requirements: ✔ At least 1 year of U.S. healthcare clinic experience ✔ Background as a Medical Receptionist, Scheduler, Patient Care Coordinator, Front Desk Support, or Medical VA ✔ Strong phone handling and scheduling experience ✔ Excellent spoken and written English ✔ Comfortable assisting older patients with patience and clarity ✔ Dependable, punctual, and available during Central Time clinic hours Nice to Have: ✔ Rheumatology experience ✔ EMR/EHR experience ✔ GoTo Connect or similar phone system experience Apply only if you have direct U.S. healthcare experience and are confident handling high phone volume, patient scheduling, voicemail management, and message routing.
