This role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring that Salesforce capabilities are leveraged to drive business value, improve user experience, and support scalable growth.Role ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the Salesforce product roadmap aligned with business objectivesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirementsTranslate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog itemsAct as the primary point of contact between business teams and Salesforce development teamsPrioritize backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and dependenciesLead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos in Agile environmentsEnsure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvementDefine KPIs and track success metrics for Salesforce initiativesEnsure best practices in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrationsSupport change management, user training, and adoption strategiesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar roleStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsStrong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practicesExperience writing user stories and managing product backlogsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
