About the Role:
The LATAM Sales Training & Enablement team is looking for a Sales Training Specialist to support our Acquisition sales teams across Latin America.
This role will focus on designing and facilitating impactful 200-level sales training programs that help sellers improve their commercial, product, and systems knowledge.
The ideal candidate is an engaging facilitator with experience teaching consultative sales skills, sales tools, and product knowledge in fast-paced commercial environments. English and Spanish fluency are required.
What You’ll Do:
Design and facilitate sales upskilling programs (200-level) for Acquisition sales teams across LATAM.
Build upon onboarding programs and existing enablement content to continue developing seller capabilities.
Deliver engaging instructor-led trainings, workshops, coaching sessions, and reinforcement activities.
Teach consultative and solution-based selling methodologies.
Train sales teams on tools and systems including Salesforce (SFDC), Dialpad, Groove, WhatsApp Business, and other sales platforms.
Support product and marketing training to help sellers improve customer conversations and value positioning.
Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing stakeholders to identify training needs and support business initiatives.
Track participation, collect feedback, and continuously improve training experiences.
Support ongoing adoption through office hours, follow-up sessions, and coaching opportunities.
Navigate and work comfortably across Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides), project management platforms such as Asana, and AI-powered productivity tools and practices.
What You’ll Need:
5+ years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, or Learning & Development roles supporting sales organizations.
Strong experience working with Acquisition sales teams.
Experience teaching consultative sales methodologies and sales skills programs.
Advanced experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and sales engagement tools.
Experience facilitating product and marketing-related training.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Tech intuitive with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and technologies.
Experience using AI tools and productivity practices in day-to-day work is a plus.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
English and Spanish fluency required.
Google Suite experience (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
