Requirements and responsibilities

We are HostGuardIQ, an AI-powered STR compliance platform launching ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. We need a sharp, bilingual (English/Spanish) VA to run high-volume DM outreach to STR hosts and affiliate partners across the US and Latin America. This role is different: You are not doing generic VA work. You are running a targeted outreach campaign with real commission upside. Responsibilities: - Send 40–60 personalized DMs per day to STR hosts and potential partners (templates provided). - Follow up on interested leads via Instagram, Facebook, and email. - Log all outreach in our CRM (training provided). - Report daily: messages sent, replies received, leads qualified. Requirements: - Bilingual English/Spanish — both written and spoken. - Experience with DM outreach, sales, or lead generation. - Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). - Available 9 AM–6 PM EST weekdays. - Self-managed, reliable, detail-oriented. Compensation: - $6–8/hr base + closing bonuses ($10–$50 per converted subscriber). Campaign Details: - This campaign runs through June 11 (World Cup launch) with long-term extension for the right person.
