Join our team as a Finance Manager in the Quarterly Reporting team based in Unity Place, Milton Keynes. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely quarterly reporting analysis of the Balance Sheet for various stakeholders. You will also manage a small team of accountants and be involved in regular projects related to integration of new systems, new products, process improvement, and other projects as required. If you are an ACCA or CIMA Qualified accountant with finance experience analyzing Balance Sheets, preferably with customer product balances, and have the ability to manage a small team, great problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: - Ensuring accurate and timely quarterly reporting analysis of the Balance Sheet for various stakeholders - Managing a small team of accountants and developing their skills - Involvement in regular projects related to integration of new systems, new products, process improvement, and other projects as required - Responding to queries from Group Reporting and both internal and external auditors where applicable - Supporting the Senior Finance Manager in ongoing projects including ledger replacement, process automation, and other improvements - Working with other Finance Managers in the wider team ensuring a flow of knowledge and sharing of best practice
