🚀 ProtopVA Community is excited to present this new job opportunity for a Part-time to Full-Time Human Resources Assistant For ProtopVA (Philippines). ✨ Opportunities offered with this job: - Opportunity to work alongside a detail-oriented team. - Opportunity to be part of a US company. - Opportunity to work with a great team. 🪙 Schedule and pay rate: - Schedule: Monday – Friday. - Time Zone: Philippine Time. - Hours: 20-40 hours/week, or to be discussed. - Languages Required: English. - Open to: The Philippines. - Pay Rate: $3 - $5/hour. ●Rates are dependent on your experience, determined by ProtopVA. 📣 Requirements: - Experience in talent acquisition, team management, research and problem-solving. - Knowledge in human resources. 🎯 Responsibilities: ◽ Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: - Post on social media platforms, including Facebook groups and Instagram, to attract new applicants on a daily basis. - Provide support and assistance to new applicants through Email, Telegram, and social media channels. - Create credentials for new hires and grant access to the ProtopVA team's different platforms, such as setting up email addresses, project management and CRM software accounts, and related tasks. Training will be provided for software/tools setup. - Participate in the Recruitment Process for the internal team's new hires, including conducting candidate interviews and assisting with job post creation. - Develop the hiring plan for each department of the ProtopVA Team. - Ensure the onboarding process is up-to-date, of high quality, and well-understood by all teammates, providing clarity and connection. ◽ Team Management and Conflict Resolution: - Serve as ProtopVA's internal team customer success agent, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the working relationship. - Manage and approve the team's time off requests, vacations, emergency situations, and company perks. - Approve teammate's schedules and hours worked requests in collaboration with department Directors. - Conduct Feedback meetings and develop Performance Improvement Plans when needed, working alongside each department's Director. - Be available to speak with all teammates within the company to address concerns, issues, or feedback. - Serve as a moderator for conflict resolution situations between teammates. - Handle disciplinary actions. - Maintain the ProtopVA company culture. - Assist with training and development initiatives. ◽ Policies and Procedures: - Facilitate the creation of new VA profiles in the website backend, and enforce/update existing ProtopVA team policies and guidelines. - Suggest and create new Human Resources policies, procedures, or guidelines, including writing and editing standard operating procedures (SOPs) as necessary. - Maintain regular communication with the Operations Manager and CEO, sharing new ideas to implement in the team, including valuable policies. ◽ Research and Admin Tasks: - Assist the Operations Manager and CEO with research related to the Human Resources Department that could improve ProtopVA's internal team. - Proactively research ideas, common practices, and policies to enhance the company's culture. - Edit teammate's information in Zoho CRM. - Update the team's information in Zoho People, the company's HR Software, and add teammates as needed. - Maintain digital copies of employee records and perform additional admin tasks as required. ◽ Team Building Activities: - Prepare and host monthly team-building activities, utilizing the available website games or planning other engaging activities. - Proactively come up with various activities, both during work hours and the team's free time.
