Requirements and responsibilities


✅ What You’ll Own - Run our entire HubSpot sales pipeline—from new leads to closed deals. - Build and refine automations, workflows, and sequences. - Manage deal stages, lead status, and pipeline hygiene. - Prep pre-meeting briefs (we’ll give you the templates) - Lead and organize 3 weekly sales calls (Mon/Wed/Fri) - Track follow-ups, missed deals, and keep us sharp. 🎯 What We’re Looking For - 2+ years in HubSpot CRM (or equivalent). - Fluent spoken and written English. - Proactive, detail-driven, and accountable. - Comfortable owning systems, not waiting for instructions. - Available 3–5 hours/day during California (PT) hours.
