Customer Service Representative at Vargas Foot and Ankle Specialists

VFS is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to visit our clients, build positive relationships, and contribute to the success of our services. You will assist with client strategies, support presentations, and ensure excellent communication with our clients. Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and building client strategies, presentations, recaps, and reports. - Visit client offices to provide informational handouts and maintain a strong professional relationship. - Participate in internal and external client calls and meetings, and distribute notes/action items. Requirements: - Bilingualism (English and Spanish) is preferred. - Prior customer service experience is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office Suite). - Reliable transportation.
