They aim to see campuses become places where people, ideas, and structures flourish to the glory of God, and their alumni become change agents across the country and around the world. InterVarsity is seeking a Campus Staff Minister (CSM) for New England. The CSM will lead ministry on college campuses, creating a culture of humble dependence on God and bold expectation in God’s intention to start new witnessing communities. Responsibilities include spiritual growth, campus leadership, organizational collaboration, ministry partnership development, and accomplishing all other assigned tasks. The position is funded through personal fundraising, and the pay range is $33,900.00 - $45,204.00 per year. Responsibilities: - Pursue a vibrant relationship with the triune God through engagement with Scripture, prayer, and worship - Develop self-leadership and embrace Scriptural standards for behavior and attitudes - Communicate and model InterVarsity’s vision to see students and faculty transformed, campuses renewed, and world changers developed - Create, develop, align, and leverage ministry plans, programs, teams, and structures to close the gap between current reality and aspirational goals - Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences - Build leadership teams, develop and execute plans to achieve annual goals, and mobilize students and faculty to engage their relational networks with the gospel - Intentionally gather, invite, and develop diverse groups of students and faculty - Work with a network of other local, area, regional, and national InterVarsity staff and volunteers - Develop a team of partners – churches and individuals – who will resource the ministry financially, in prayer, or volunteer service - Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor - Accomplish all other assigned tasks as appropriate
